What should I bring to my pet's first visit?

On your pet's first vet visit, bring its vaccination card and any current medications. If your pet has several medical conditions or a lengthy medical history, we can contact your previous clinic to transfer records before your visit. It is important to let us know ahead of time if your pet has had any adverse reactions to medications in the past.

Do you offer emergency services?

We offer emergency services during our opening hours, which are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Sundays. All our staff have experience in the emergency field and can quickly assess the situation and communicate the next steps to you.

Should your pet require overnight monitoring, we can forward all the relevant medical details to an after-hours clinic of your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support multiple payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, WeChat Pay and AMEX for your convenience. We do have a 2% surcharge for the use of these services.

How often should my pet have a health check-up?

Your pet needs a yearly wellness exam when they are under 4 years of age and six monthly for our older pets. They age so much faster than us, and it is best to stay on top of their health with preventative health care. When we have the opportunity to see your pet regularly ( not just when they are unwell), we can advise you of any subtle deterioration in their health that you may not be aware of. This may be early dental and skin disease, weight gain or loss, abnormal skin lumps and even early heart disease!

What vaccinations does my pet need?

Our vet nurses can advise you on this if you are unsure. You can you email us a vaccination record, and we can go from there. Lapsed vaccination? Don't worry. We will get your pet back on track with a tailored vaccination plan depending on their lifestyle.
