From the moment you enter our clinic, you can wait in our specific dog and cat designated areas to keep your pet settled before their exam. With separate cat and dog exam rooms, your animal will be exposed to calming pheromone diffusers during every consultation. This low stress theme extends through to our hospital area, where our spacious dog ward is far away from our cosy cat hospital.
We have a chill protocol in place for both anxious cats and dogs. If you have a pet that needs chill pills to help them relax for their visit, let us know at the time you make your booking.
